Many of our larger clients have engaged our firm to perform on-site Employee Benefits Education and Enrollment meetings. Our staff visits the employer location each month, meets with new employees to explain their benefits and help the employee with enrollment forms. Completed enrollment material is then turned over to the Human Resource Dept. for review and submission to your carriers. Current clients utilizing this approach range from manufacturers with one location to automobile dealers with seven or more locations. This service is provided without charge to our clients that have named our firm as agents for their benefits program.
