Our firm was established in 1981 as a full-service independent insurance agency specializing in Employee Benefits. Operating from Ocala since inception; we serve public and private employers across Florida and their employees in locations across the United States.

We are a family-owned business headed by Robert E. Taylor, President and CEO and William K. Taylor, Vice-President and COO. Robert E. Taylor’s career in employee benefits began in 1977 with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida.

During his tenure with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Mr. Taylor was one of its leading sales executives before being promoted to lead its largest District office in Miami-Dade County. In 1981, Mr. Taylor left Blue Cross Blue Shield to start an agency which would offer the kinds of services many of his larger clients were asking for; while maintaining independence in the marketplace.

William K. Taylor has been involved in the business since 1990. He has learned the business from the ground up; mastering each step along the way. As Vice-President and COO; William has primary responsibility for the daily operation of our Third-party administration division. Our T.P.A. division uses the latest technology, including keeping all files and records in digital format and being HIPAA-compliant. Both claimants and providers are able to speak directly to our claims staff.

Our core business philosophy is grounded in the belief that a service firm must never lose touch with the goals of our clients. We exist to learn our client’s goals and find solutions to enable the client to meet those goals.

We believe we must be available to our clients when they need us. We have invested significant resources to acquire the latest technology to keep open communication lines with our clients. Yet, we believe in the personal touch; so all calls to our office are answered by a live receptionist who can immediately answer the clients’ question or direct to the appropriate staff member who can.
