Our owner, Robert E. Taylor’s career in employee benefits began in 1977 with BlueCross BlueShield of Florida. During his tenure with BlueCross BlueShield, Mr. Taylor was one of its leading sales executives before being promoted to lead its largest District office in Miami-Dade County. In 1981, Mr. Taylor left Blue Cross Blue Shield to start an agency which would offer the kinds of services many of his larger clients were asking for; while maintaining independence in the marketplace. His experience at BlueCross BlueShield and tenure in the business of employee benefits is what allows him to be “creative” when building solutions for our clients. While family is most important to him; his passion is providing the best possible solution for all of our clients.
William K. Taylor has been involved in the business since 1990. He has learned the business from the ground up; mastering each step along the way. As President; William oversees the entire operation of both our Third Party Administration and fully insured business. William’s advanced knowledge in technology has been an asset to our clients. With the implementation of tools such as ThinkHr and Future Office Network William has been able to provide valuable resources to our client’s HR departments at no additional cost.
